The Registration Fee for the 3rd African Ports Environment & Sustainability Conference is 600 Euros per participant.


Note: Conference Registration Fee includes: All Conference Sessions between 11th - 13th February 2020, Conference Documentation, Evening Cocktail on Tuesday 16th March 2020, all Lunch and Coffee breaks throughout the conference, Visit to the Port of Pointe Noire, and Gala Dinner on Friday 14th February 2020 (Further conference information, including details of venue is at www.penaf.org ; www.agpaoc-pmawca.org ; www.papn-cg.org/fr/accueil.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Refund Policy: Registration cancellations received in official written notice via letter or email before 30 January 2020 will be subject to a service 10% administrative charge.

Refund will be processed one month after the conference, less the applicable administrative charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations postmarked after 1st February 2020.
