The use of PENAf’s website is normally possible without giving personal data. If you send inquiries via our contact form, the information you have entered in the form including the contact details will be stored by PENAf for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for the case of further questions. The email has the information that you included on the form and this is stored in our mail inbox. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Your data input gets sent to our email at email@example.com.
Information, deletion, blocking:
You are always entitled to receive free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, the purpose of data processing, and you have the right to correct, block or delete this data. For this as well as to other questions regarding the subject of personal data, you can contact PENAf at any time at the address given in the imprint.
If you feel that our compliance with privacy legislation is not correct, please let me know so I can fix it. If you are not happy with my response you have every right to complain, the official body to do so in The Netherlands is the “Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens”.
